At the 10th European Breast Cancer Conference (EBCC), held in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 9 to 11 March 2016, Martine Piccart-Gebhart, MD, PhD, from Jules Bordet Institute, Brussels, Belgium, discusses the role of chemotherapy; targeted therapies, including anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody bevacizumab and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitors; and immunotherapy for the treatment of patients with TNBC.
