This year the Hematology/Oncology Pharmacy Association (HOPA) held its 14th Annual Conference in Denver, CO, with a record-breaking number of attendees. Welcoming the delegates was the President of HOPA, Susannah Koontz Webb, PharmD, BCOP, FHOPA.
