Strategies for treating RichterÂ’s transformation in CLL: checkpoint inhibitors and venetoclax

Richters transformation remains a challenge in chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL). In this interview, Matthew Davids, MD, of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Boston, MA, discusses the key approaches being developed to address this issue, include immunotherapy and chemosensitivity enhancement.
