Managing the care of patients receiving oral systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT)

The official recommendations are that patients taking oral systemic anti-cancer therapy (SACT) receive the same level as care as those receiving intravenous SACT in a hospital setting. However, this poses many logistical challenges.
