Stahel, MD, from the University Hospital Zurich, Zurich, Switzerland, provides an overview of approaches that aim to improve patient access to new cancer medicines, including the ESMO Magnitude of Clinical Benefit Scale, which is a validated approach to stratify the magnitude of clinical benefit for cancer medicines.
